What to expect for the application process
The first step to apply at Cowlitz PUD is to submit your application on our careers page.
All applications are reviewed after the job posting closes. You will recieve an email notifying you if selected for an interview, or if we have moved forward with other candidates.
Those selected for an interview may have to do an online assement or schedule an interview. This is based on the position you are applying for.
Those selected for a second interview will be brought in to meet the team, see their potential work area and have a demo of the work they may be performing each day.
After the second interview we will make a contingent job offer based on a successful background check.
Once you have completed your background check you will start our online onboarding process and be ready to start your first day as a PUD Team member!
